We move to Morbegno where the personal gastronome show you the two typical cheeses of Valtellina: the well-rounded forms of aged Bitto and Casera hidden in back rooms surrounded by an astonishing succession of vaults, columns and beehive cells.
Lunch will be served in a typical Crotto. You eat the local specialties. Do not miss to taste Pizzoccheri and Sciatt with local cheeses.
