Video Trezzo sull’Adda, washed by the Adda river with great sites of interest: history and archaeological sites. Cycle route along the Adda river.
Trezzo sull’Adda is a country rich in history, washed by the Adda river, important communication route in the past and natural border between the Duchy of Milan and the Republic of Venice as stated in the Treaty of Lodi, also knows as Peace of Lodi, signed in 1454.
Trezzo reminds us of its history with the remains of the castle built by Frederick Barbarossa around the tower built by the Lombard Queen Teodolinda. And in front of the castle we find a jewel of industrial archeology: the Taccani hydroelectric plant.
Easily accessible by bike along the Via Alzaia, Trezzo is a point of great interest. Let us enjoy it thanks to this video.
