Itinerary description
From here take the path into the woods and then come out onto a dirt road. After about 40 minutes you reach a crossroads: on the right is a pole half abandoned. From here take the uphill path and continue on the flat until you reach the chalets of Muschiada where you find a sign pointing Monte Due Mani.
Take the uphill bend on the right: in a few minutes it brings you to pass Redondello, then continue to rise gradually.
Monte Due Mani appears in front of you and the peak is visible from the bivouac Locatelli, with its hemispherical shape.
Continue along the path, almost level, until you reach a crossroads where the trail markers indicate the path that goes from Morterone and the other from Maggio. Yiou are near the ruined Cascina Pranüra.
From here the path starts to become more challenging and the difference increases as we enter into the forest. As soon as you arrive to the signs, turn right and follow the trail going uphill. At the end of the forest you clearly see the summit cross and the bivouac. Continue along the final stretch with a vertical drop of 300 meters, which leads you on top of Monte Due Mani.
Now you can enjoy the great panorama all around you.
